Green Reading: Re-Nest.com and Cambria Bold
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Cambria Bold, a writer for Re-Nest. We both took an upholstery class at The Furniture Joint in New York. Anyway, Re-Nest is part of Apartment Therapy (which is also great) and I wanted to spread the word about her writing and the rest of the site. It’s fantastic how much they find on making your home a greener and sweeter place to live.
You’ll also find posts by Cambria about particularly great “scavenger” finds in the Chicago, New York, San Francisco, DC, and Boston areas, kind of like a creme de la creme of Craigslist and other sites. Honestly, it’s almost too much temptation to handle, between the tips on how to refinish/improve/rejuvenate/upcycle and also the lists of secondhand items you can get in your metro area. In a good way :)
